Viewber is a Prop-Tech company that provides property professionals (such as estate agents, online agents, property managers, social housing providers and landlords) with the ability to outsource their property viewings, inspections and more.
As an Operations Performance Team Manager, your responsibilities include managing the 'unassigned' mailbox, the daily planner and team performance, ensuring work is completed in line with the team average and our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
The working pattern will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (with a 1-hour break) and the salary will be £31,500 per annum.
Whilst the position is home-based, you should live in England or Wales and be happy to commute to Hampshire or the surrounding area for any in-person events (approximately one day per quarter).
