We believe that the future of work is remote, and that’s why our team have been working from home from day one. We have no shared office space or daily commute, but we do try to meet up for an in-person meeting or event a couple of times a year.
Of course, working remotely has disadvantages, and it certainly doesn’t suit everyone – but we love the advantages it brings for our Team and us. We view the way that we work as a strength rather than an obstacle, and we work hard to overcome the inevitable challenges.
